when opening more than ONE browser maximised the second and all successive
windows will be moved up 1/4 inch so that the top blue bar will become invisible
- this then extends to the first opened window too. the topbar becomes visible
again in some cases but can not be clicked on, meaning you can click on
close/maximised etc. but it doesnt do anything. this happens in 1.0.1 and 1.2.1
alike - even complete removal (even registry cleanup afterwards) and new istall
does not eliviate the problem. It started after w2k sp3 was installed.

this bug seemed to have to do with my matrox millenium 450 driver that was
somehow misteriously affected by applying the w2k sp3 - when I changed to the
latest driver version the bug in mozilla disappeared.
