Details

Build a tool, perhaps a spreadsheet, that facilitates a periodic process designed to reconfirm issues with broken sites. Possible based on the Bugzilla API to list all issues in the right components.

This includes also figuring out the right process that's inline with our regular triage and diagnoses.
