If I download via ftp protocol files the accesrights for the file is set to
-rw-------

The acessright for the subdirectory is set to drwxrwsr-x

All other progams I us set the accessright to -rw-rw-r--

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. set the permissions for a subdirectroy with chmod to 2775
2. Download a file from an ftp-server into this subdirectroy
3. look the file accessright with ll -la
Summary: accessrights of download files via ftp is set anytime to -rw------- and the group → accessrights of download files via ftp is set anytime to -rw-------
