Would it be possible to have Typeahead find work on <IMG>, <OBJECT>, etc. nodes
that have an ALT property? ie. include the ALT and/or TITLE text in the haystack.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. <img alt="bleh" src="bleh.png" />
2. bleh
3. "Typeahead find stopped."


Expected Results:  
Find <img> as a typeahead result, and hilight <img> in blue like it would be
with <TAB> keypress.
