The PiP window with an Instagram timeline video starts playing when I switch tabs or open another video in full screen.

Steps to reproduce:
1 - Open a video from the Instagram feed in PiP mode.
2 - Pause the PiP window.
3 - Open a new tab or open another video in full screen.
Actual results:
The initially paused video in PiP mode starts playing by itself.
Expected results:
The paused video in PiP mode should remain paused while I perform other actions in the browser.
