STR:

1. Have your screen's scaling configured at 200%.
2. Go on a page that contains a video, play it, and use the PiP feature to put it in a different window.
3. Go back to the screen settins and change your screen's scaling to 100%

=> Only 1/4 of the video is drawn in the PiP window.
