User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/114.0

Steps to reproduce:

Was listing to streaming radio and playing Eve-Online at the same time.

Actual results:

FireFox stopped responding and the sound went whacked.
Then the computer crashed and gave me the blue screen of death.
I have had this happen a couple of time over the last week or so.

Expected results:

I would have thought nothing should have happened.

Craig, could you please attach a txt file with a copy of the data from your about:support page so we can get a look at your hardware list and other settings you might have?

You can close this ticket as I was able to resolve the issue.
It seems after much trial and error on my part the OS had been corrupted.

Not sure when; but I saved all my data and cleaned off my boot drive and reinstalled the OS.

Then put my apps and info back on the computer.

Everything is working just fine now.

Thanks for all you time and support on this issue.
