Environment:
Operating system: OnePlus 6 A6000 (Android 11)
Firefox version: Nightly 116.0a1-20230607214358

Preconditions:
• ETP set to STRICT
• Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://www.nytimes.com/wirecutter/reviews/best-dog-beds
  2. Accept the cookies banner.
  3. Scroll down the page until you reach the comment section.
  4. Observe the behaviour.

Expected Behaviour:
The comments section is displayed.

Actual Behaviour:
Comments section is disabled even with the cookie banner accepted.

Notes:

  1. Screenshot provided
  2. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
  3. Not reproducible with Standard ETP on a clean profile
  4. Cookies and cache must be cleared when switching between ETP settings because the result will be the same as on the initial ETP setting tested if not cleared
  5. Reproducible with both Standard and Strict ETP in Private
