Steps to reproduce:
Toggle this pref in about:config
media.videocontrols.picture-in-picture.video-toggle.enabled
Actual results:
Disables the pip button in the urlbar and the video overlay button
Expected results:
Should only disable the video overlay pip button
This toggle applies to the pip button in the urlbar:
media.videocontrols.picture-in-picture.urlbar-button.enabled
