So, "Mozilla-Services" isn't a team in that org - but based on Slack conversations, I think you're likely looking for "everyone" as the team - as you've stated you're looking for "... access to https://github.com/mozilla-services/cloudops-infra to read stage/prod ENVs for Monitor."
You're already linked in Phonebook, and you're already a member of other GHE orgs, so I don't need any action from you or manager approvals.
However, I do need the team maintainer for the everyone team to confirm the add. JBuck has been NI'd for that approval.

Then, from GitHub to whatever email address you have associated with your GH account, to the Mozilla-Services org - once accepted and signed in you'll be a member of the everyone team - and will have read access to several things, including the requested repo.
