When the Compose Top Sites are enabled, the existing UI tests should continue to work. https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/firefox-android/pull/2381 provides an example CI run to show what UI tests are broken and will need to be addressed. Please treat the linked PR just for reference.

I have created a new ticket, 1845039, to which I have attached the PR that contains new tests and fixes for Compose Top Sites. Once that is closed, this should be closed as well.
