Steps to reproduce:

  1. Select "Open previous windows and tabs" in settings
  2. Open several tabs (set "a")
  3. Open some further tabs, in a private window
    4, Close main window
  4. Reopen Firefox

Actual results:

Firefox opens, but previous windows and tabs (set "a") are lost

(is 1435594 related?)

Expected results:

Firefox opens, previous windows and tabs (set "a") are restored

Meh. List numbering screwed up. Should run 1-5 at same level.
