Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/114.0
Steps to reproduce:
After update to firefox 114 on windows, hardware acceleration causes poor performance on both exe, and windows store variants.
Actual results:
When enabled, hardware acceleration yields low frame rate scrolling, stutters in operation, and unpredictable reaction time to clicks.
Expected results:
Hardware acceleration is enabled by default, and should offload work to acceleration on capable hardware.

Hello! Are you still experiencing this issue?
If yes, from the previous comment seems that this started with Firefox 114. Can you please try to find the regressor using a tool called mozregression? (https://mozilla.github.io/mozregression/).
Thank you in advance!
