In bug 1689546, we enabled the WPT /css/css-overscroll-behavior/overscroll-behavior.html on desktop platforms, but it's still failing on Android. This bug tracks investigating the Android failure.

It would be helpful to be able to reproduce this failure locally, but I haven't been able to due to bug 1837710.

Though it's still unclear why the test didn't work on Android, with bug 1918806 the test now works on Android.
