Win XP Pro. SP1 JA, MAC OS X

When search default engine is changed(happend on JA build from Netscape Search
Japan to AOL Search),this change can't effect to existing profile for localtion
bar search because user profile contents this info as
user_pref("browser.search.defaultengine" .....)in prefs.js.
I would like to request that browser.search.defaultengine doesn't belong to
profile.
Other searchs (tool bar, personal toolbar, tools/Web search, tools/search/web,
Bidebar/Search tab)work fine because these info don't belong to profile.
