With a Logitech Marble Mouse - A two button track ball - when both buttons are depressed at once the universal scroll arrows-in-a-circle appears, but no scrolling happens when the trackball moves.

WinNT4sp6a, MouseWare Driver v8.59

No problems with other applications

Also does not work in this configuration.  This was mentioned to me by someone
else who has recently made the move to Mozilla.  I'll see if I can get him to
post here.  Is this an issue with a Windows-specific API?
