Details

Try type-ahead-finding the string 'Foo'.  Mozilla then looks for both 'Foo' and
'foo'.  I want it to find only 'Foo' in this case (i.e be case sensitive).

Case sensitivity should be enabled as soon as the user adds any capital letter
to the search.  This is how Emacs works, and I think it is a behaviour that
makes sense.
This idea is part of bug 168824.
