Thus determining if Mozilla is in offline state by visually inspecting the checkmark is not possible. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: (a) Browser->File->Work Offline (b) Mail->File->Offline->Work Offline 1. Open Browser Window, (a) not checked, online 2. Open Mail Window, (b) not checked, online 3. Click (a), (a) and (b) checked, offline 4. Click (b), (a) checked, (b) not checked, online
The checkmark in the menu is unreliable (bug 179728 and bug 158976), the one in the statusbar works correctly. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 179728 ***
