Notes
- Unmuting works correctly if you click or press enter/space on the speaker icon.
- Mute keyboard shortcut (CTRL/CMD + ↓) does work accordingly.

Steps to reproduce
- Start playing a livestream and launch Picture-in-Picture.
- Mute the volume of the livestream from inside the PiP window, it does not matter how you mute the sound.
- Use the unmute shortcut to unmute the stream (CTRL/CMD + ↑).
Expected result
- The livestream is unmuted accordingly.
Actual result
- Nothing happens, the livestream is not unmuted.
Regression range
- Not a regression, volume slider was added in Fx116.

:pmagyari, if you think that's a regression, could you try to find a regression range using for example mozregression?

There is another related issue: It appears that the if the PiP is opened and the sound was muted (from either the original player or the PiP), the user cannot unmute the sound from the original player.
