Unless I missed a telemetry probe or Glean metric somewhere, we currently don't report data about the frame rate of our users' screens. The majority of screens used to refresh at 60Hz, but now it's not so clear, with some laptops having 90Hz or 120Hz screens, and some gamer monitors going up to 360Hz.
Maybe this information would also be nice to include in the Graphics section of https://data.firefox.com/dashboard/hardware

It looks like bug 1515103 added both the LowEndMachine and TargetFrameRate fields to about:support, but only LowEndMachine to the telemetry environment.
