Right-click paste works when entering the "text to display" but fails when
trying to paste the "link location".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select and copy a URL using the mouse right-click copy feature or CNTL C
2.Choose Insert Link in email composition
3.Right-click in "text to display" in Link Properties window and paste URL
4.Right-click in "Link Location"


Actual Results:  
Cursor moves into new location but no options open.

Expected Results:  
Should get options window.

You are able to use CNTL V to paste the information.
Summary: Unable to us right-click paste whe entering a link location. → Unable to use right-click paste when entering a link location.
I'm told this has been fixed in recent builds.

Actually these are all duplicates of bug 136912 but that bug was fixed by (and
also duplicated against) bug 118038.
