Selecting lots (too many?) items in a multiple selection box of a form make the
UI pause for a few (3-5 ish) seconds. Occurs on KDE and GNOME bug pages (the
only ones I could think of with really large selection windows). See steps to
reproduce.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
At the KDE bugs page, select the first product listed and scroll to the bottom.
Shift-click to select all of the products, then try to do highlight an item
somewhere else. There will be a long (in "internet time") wait before the
highlighting occurs.
Actual Results:
The UI temporarily froze.

Expected Results:
The amount of time to process the highlighting was inordinately long. Mozilla
should have been able to select the items without giving a noticeable delay.

Note that unlike in Bug 183918, selecting a single item here is fast. However I
can reproduce the longish delay (several seconds) when selecting a large block.
