go to sfpd.fgov.be (unavailable in English)

Actual results:

Your browser is out-of-date
Update your browser to view this website correctly.

Then a link “Update my browser now” pointing to https://browser-update.org/update-browser.html

Expected results:

The same as in DuckDuckGo: simple looking on the website.
I use SeaMonkey 2.53.16 which is the most recent at the time of writing.
