User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 10; K) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/114.0.0.0 Mobile Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Receive an email notification.
Another bug is referenced in the notification.

Actual results:

The relative link is preceded by a mere <http>: http://show_bug.cgi/?id=.
Without specifying the domain or subdomain, the referenced bug will not be found.

Expected results:

Display links in email notification with absolute paths

Would you be able to post a copy of the broken email to this bug? I would then be able to pinpoint the exact template that in the system generating the broken link.
