Description:
The translations icon cannot be focused via keyboard. More precisely, using TAB to navigate to the icon is not possible as the icon is skipped.

Users can click the icon to open the panel and keyboard navigation is possible within the panel once it’s opened.

STR:

  1. Access https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Portada
  2. Focus the address bar via the CTRL+L shortcut
  3. Using tab attempt to focus the translations icon
  4. Notice the translations icon cannot be focused via keyboard

Actual:
Translations icon cannot be focused via keyboard

Expected:

  1. User should be able to focus the translations icon via keyboard
  2. A keyboard shortcut could be implemented to focus the icon/open the translations panel directly
Severity: -- → S4

It is navigable via the arrow key after tabbing into that area. This fits in to how the existing buttons work for that area.
