Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/114.0
Steps to reproduce:
Firefox 114.0.2, macOS Ventura, Firefox set as default browser. Browser set to open previous tabs on launch. From another macOS app, (such as Messages or notes), click on a link with Firefox fully closed.
Actual results:
Firefox will launch, displaying your previously-opened tabs, but will not open the link that prompted the browser to launch, in a new tab, or at all.
Expected results:
Expect Firefox to launch as the default browser, opening all previously-opened tabs, and open the link that prompted the browser launch in a new tab.
Of note: machine is an Apple Silicon M1 and not Intel as listed.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Cocoa' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
