Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.14; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/114.0
Steps to reproduce:
Set "Reduce Animation" in Fedora 38.
Open Firefox in Fedora 38.
Actual results:
Smooth scrolling, animated gifs, animated pngs, and other migraine triggers and seizure risks are enabled by default. Also scrollbars are broken by default.
Firefox doesn't import basic safety settings either from the operating system settings or from the other Firefox installations of the same account.
Expected results:
As long as Firefox defaults to unsafe settings, it should import basic safety settings when users set these at an operating system level.
P.S. I thought I had sync working, but have to go through a couple extra steps, reboot, check email for code, reboot, get back...

Moving this to Core > Widget: Gtk component to allow our engineers to examine it more closely. If this is not the right component, please move it to a more appropriate one. Thanks!

I don't think we have single config point to disable all animations in Firefox.
