Installing latest Chimera release changes Navigation preselected tabbing
preference. 

This doesn't happen with other preferences.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set preference: Navigation > Tabbed Browsing > Opens a new tab in the
foremost window.

2. Download and install latest build without deleting any existing Chimera files.

Actual Results:  
The preference has gone back to the default: Navigation > Tabbed Browsing >
Opens new window.

Expected Results:  
Should have maintained the preference chosen before installing latest build.

This pref was changed a while back from a 2-state to a 3-state pref, to this
behaviour is expected. Since we're still in beta, transitioning the old to the
new pref was not deemed worth it.

Didn't think this was earth-shattering, but wanted to ensure that you were aware
