on a website, i found a (probably old) method to realize a horizontally
scrolling text with javascript.

however, with javascript enabled, that scrolling text function is stealing focus
from every- and anything. i'm unable to enter a new url in locationbar. i'm
unable to edit the prefs and switch JS off.

difficult to explain, guess better see example URL.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open example URL
2. see what happens
