All callers in c++ that want to access nsIURIFixup basically need to do 2
includes.  One to get the interface definition, and one to get the contractid
stuff.  We should just move the c++ defines into nsIURIFixup.

Sigh.  I've just been informed that we're "trying" to do this, although nothing
actually does things this way.	So I'll grin and bear it.  Nevermind, sorry for
the spam.  I'm about to mark this wontfix...

I don't see an objection if you wish to submit another patch that #include's
"nsIDefaultURIFixup.h" inside nsCDefaultURIFixupURI.idl but not the other way
around.
