Moz installer has been failing often lately, usually taking me two attempts to finish an install without error. Why ftp.moz is returning a 403 for some XPIs (it's done it on different once, normally I don't even install chatzilla, but to test today, i did a complete install) I don't know. Perhaps it's an overload issue, and Netscape's httpd returns 403 instead of a 5xx too busy error? Whatever the cause, it needs to be investigated, or potential mozilla and netscape users will be turned off to the product if the install dies with "Multiple CRC failures".
