I use the Classic theme with text-only toolbars.  When I go to full-screen mode
I lose the text and get icon-only toolbars.   I assume the same stupid thing happens
with other themes but I have *not* verified this.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the Classic theme if you are not already using Classic.
2. Edit|Prefs|Appearance and select Show Toolbars As ==> Text Only.  Click OK.
3. Press F11 to go to FullScreen mode. 

Actual Results:  
Toolbar is displayed with icons only.

Expected Results:  
Toolbar should be displayed with text only.

I assume the same stupid thing happens with other themes but I have *not*
verified this.

This only seems to happen with the Classic theme.  The Modern theme does not
exhibit this behaviour.
