Steps to reproduce:

After upgrading to 115.0b6 (64-bit), I see that creating a new calendar event in a dialog window has an option to show time zones, but when enabling the "Edit events and tasks in a tab instead of in a dialog window" option, there is no option to show time zones.

Expected results:

The calendar event editor in a tab should have an option to allow the user to select the time zones for the start and end of the event.
