Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/114.0

Steps to reproduce:

Everything is done on Fedora Linux 38 KDE (had the same Issue on Ubuntu 23.04)
(No issues in Windows 10)

Using two Screen:

  1. 21:9 1440p 144Hz

  2. 16:9 1080p 60Hz

  3. Open Youtube and play any Video

  4. Open a second Window and start Typing something

Actual results:

The Framerate of the Browser is really low and especially typing becomes difficult.
If the Tab playing the Video is not focused (but Video still Playing) the Framerate is normal

This only happens if the Video has to be renderd in a focused Tab.

Expected results:

The Frame should not drop while playing a Video.
