Steps to reproduce:

1. Start to install an addon (here, Old Twitter Layout (2023) at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/old-twitter-layout-2022/).
2. See a list of permissions it will need, such as access to your data on sites, ended with "Access your data on 3 other sites".
3. Try to see which other 3 sites are included, as that's important.

Actual results:

You can't find out what other sites are included, even though that's important.

Expected results:

You can find out what other sites are included, as that's important.

Hello,

I reproduced the issue on the latest Nightly (117.0a1/20230704214905), Beta (116.0b1/20230704081320) and Release (115.0/20230629134642) under Windows 10 x64 and macOS 11.3.1.

Although the installation panel does not show the entire list of sites on which the extension will have access to data, the entire list can be viewed when accessing the “Permissions” tab on the detail page of the add-on (accessed from the Addons Manager page when clicking the add-on card and then selecting “Permissions”). See the attached screenshot for more details.

It's true that the permissions show up on that site, but I'd like to note that it's important to fix this for addons that come from other sites or from the local filesystem.
