1841669 - adress bar suggests partial URL instead of full bookmarked URL

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/114.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. save the following 3 pages as bookmarks:
   https://wiki.mozilla.org/Main_Page
   https://wiki.mozilla.org/Release_Management
   https://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox/Channels/Meetings

2. now type "wiki" in the URL bar.

Actual results:

This URL is suggested while typing, without the "Main_Page" part. And the page took over 2 entire seconds to load, due to the redirect to the main page apparently. https://i.postimg.cc/zGfWmwPx/url.jpg

Expected results:

It should instantly suggest the entire URL of one of the 3 stored wiki.mozilla.org bookmarks.

We are tracking a new feature that will autofill urls instead of origins, in bug 1823449, so duping to that.
If you wish to test it you can set browser.urlbar.autoFill.adaptiveHistory.enabled to true in about:config, note that the feature is not complete yet, so sometimes it may misbehave.
