1841850 - PWA don't display icon

Steps to reproduce:

Installed a PWA (https://wefwef.app) to the home screen.

Actual results:

The manifest shows there's an icon.
The icon is not displayed on the home screen when the shortcut to the PWA is created.
It's just a black icon with a "w" in it.

Expected results:

Firefox should create the home screen shortcut with the icon provided by the PWA.

Please see attached screenshot. It shows 2 Wefwef PWAs. the first one to the bottom right created with another Android app (Native Alpha). The PWA created by firefox to the bottom left with the black icon.

I was able to reproduce the issue on the latest Nightly build (118.0a1 from 2023-08-28).
Device used: Google Pixel 7 (Android 14).

The PWA icon of https://wefwef.app could be shown in nightly (2024-01-26) . I'll close this as duplicate of bug 1850006. Feel free to reopen.
