User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/114.0

Steps to reproduce:

I wrote an email input in html with a list and multiple attrbute like this:

<input type="email" list="contacts" multiple>
<datalist id="contacts">
  <option value="andrew@example.com">Andrew</option>
  <option value="brutus@example.com">Brutus</option>
</datalist>

Then I clicked the email twice and it showed me the data options. I selected one of the options and then typed a comma ,.

Actual results:

After typing a comma the data options select is not shown again. Also typing the first letter of an data option does not lead to the select to be displayed.

Expected results:

Based on the example given in the specifications, I would expect it to be shown: https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/input.html#attr-input-multiple
