Details

Steps to reproduce:

  • Go to HTML page with plain text box
  • Type in a few words: "Lorem ipsum est"
  • Double click each word one by one

Actual results:

The first and last words when double tapped are selected easily. Middle word can't be selected by double tapping.

Expected results:

It should have been selected when double tapped

I was having trouble selecting text on my S22, but I think it may be related to the changes in One UI 6. Could we test this on another device?

I was not able to reproduce this issue on the latest nightly 122.0a1 from 15.12.2023 with Samsung Galaxy S9 (Android 8) and Samsung GalaxyZ Fold 4 (Android 13).
