Steps to reproduce:

Opened the Polish web page https://shinden.pl/series/60113-oshi-no-ko?r307=1
in Nightly with interface language set to Polish. Preferred languages to display web pages are English US (en-us) and English (en) only, without Polish (pl).

Actual results:

I was offered a translation from Polish to Polish.

Expected results:

No translation offered

I believe that my patch in Bug 1844851 has fixed this issue. It is now working for me given your STR. I am marking as fixed, but please feel free to re-open if it is not resolved for you as well.
