Steps to reproduce:

Opened the Polish web page https://shinden.pl/series/60113-oshi-no-ko?r307=1
in Nightly with interface language set to Polish. Preferred languages to display web pages are English US (en-us) and English (en) only, without Polish (pl).

Actual results:

I was offered a translation from Polish to Polish.

Expected results:

No translation offered

It would be helpful to have a little bit more information here to reproduce:

• Go to about:config and provide the value of: intl.accept_languages.
• Go to about:support and copy/paste the text under: Internationalization & Localization.
