some sites have favourite icons (e.g. www.cnn.com, www.mozilla.org), can those
favourite icons STAYED when I keep those site in my bookmarks. 
right now, it will stay only if the cache is not full, I prefer them to stay as
long as they are in my bookmarks.

The favicons are stored in the cache, and this is very unlikely to change.

Suggesting WONTFIX.

MSIE stores the icons in a seperate "cache". I set disk cache to 0 for a variety
of reasons, but still would expect icons that basically become part of the
browser UI to not change every restart.

The "favorites icon in cache" .. feature is broken.
It keeps forgetting the icons on a daily basis - even with a large cache of 50000 kb
