184291 - loads splash screen show, then freezes

Upon launch of the 1.21 or 1.2 version, I cannot get beyond the spash screen.  
It simply freezes.  Sometimes I can reinstall and get the browser on initial 
load, but I cannot relauch the program afterwards.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.double click icon to start program
2.stare at screen
3.

Please run "mozilla -profilemanger" and create an ADDITIONAL test profile.
if that works delete :
profile\xul.mfl and retest and if that still fails
delete all files in profile\chrome\*.*

Wow, that did it.  I just deleted the old profile and created a new one.  I 
wish that was documented somewhere.  :-)  Thanks!

hmm, i tried to find the problem (which file caused this)

since we can't debug this know -> wfm
