When your bookmarks contain a website that has a large icon as its favicon.ico,
Phoenix resizes it to match the 16x16 size in the menus. However, when clicking
the 'Use bookmark' button in the 'Homepage' configuration option (to pop up a
list of bookmars) such icons are not resized, but clipped.

You can try this out with http://www.sluggy.com/. The icon is a head, but you
only see the top-left in the buggy menu.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a site with a large shortcut icon (pixels, not filesize) to your
bookmarks (e.g. www.sluggy.com)
2. Go to the homepage configuration in the preferences
3. Click 'Use Bookmark...'

Actual Results:  
The favicon for the bookmark is clipped

Expected Results:  
The favicon for the bookmark should be resized
