I'm working on a fix of the CSS system color Highlight and HighlightText in chromium: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/4679342

This is a useful test, but doesn't account for the fact that Highlight and HighlightText in chrome have some transparency. I simplified the test a little but primarily added a "yellow" background in the expectation file.

With these changes, the test still passes when I run it in firefox locally, and it is passes now when I run it in chrome with the patch linked above.
