I'm trying to debug a sandboxing issue associated with bug 1837079 that, so far, has only occurred during try runs on windows11-*-2009-qr machines.
Would it be possible to arrange for a windows11-64-2009-qr loaner to aid with investigation?

Loaner has been set up. Sent rkraesig a 1password link to a secure note with the IP address and creds.

No joy:
As a security precaution, the user account has been locked because there were too many logon attempts or password change attempts. Wait a while before trying again, or contact your system administrator or technical support.
