When a tab is activated, the keyboard focus is moved to the main frame of that Panel, i.e. to the multiline edit field of the Console Panel or to the Markup View Panel of the Inspector, thus if a user made a mistake by activating this panel, they would have to navigate back searching for their previous focus/tab list position
