It is not clear what does the selection/highlight to a badge like “flex” or “grid” means, since it’s not communicated to a screen reader and it is not clear what does it mean visually as well.
If there is any functionality to it, it’s not accessible with keyboard with or without a screen reader running, it misses a programmatic role then too and would need to be S2
