Mozilla displays empty page. Earlier versions worked fine on that page.

I've discovered that the problem caused be the line
user_pref("intl.accept_languages", "ru, en-us");
in prefs.js. Changing summary.
Summary: Empty page is displayed → intl.accept_languages makes page empty

It seems to be a problem on server side. I've sent a bugreport to IBM.
