One of the common questions we've seen in Outreachy is that new contributors are unsure of what counts as a contribution. We should define this and add a section in the quick reference document so new contributors are aware. This will probably include some language like "use phabricator links and bugzilla links to show work. Bugs that have the Closed status are considered contributions" or something of that nature.
