Steps to reproduce:

Click on "View" in the Application Menu (≡) to change the layout

Actual results:

Couldn't find a way to replicate the theme shown everywhere (the new card view). So I had to look on Reddit just to find where I can change that.

Expected results:

I expect to see all the tweaks/changes I can do to the layout of Thunderbird right in the View section in the Application Menu ≡, not hidden in a really small unseen icon.
